Alex's Own SHO


    In February, 2002, I was flipping through the newspaper classifieds (well, online), and there it was: 1995 Taurus SHO, 5-spd, green. I hardly figured that my dream car would come along so quickly, but that was exactly what I was looking for. Many phone calls and exhaustive inspections later, she was mine.  Since then, I've been working on her ever since, in that endless, vicious cycle of her teases and taunts.

23mm rear sway bar with TPR endlinks, used previous 19mm frame bushings
Castrol GTX 5w30 motor oil, Mobil 1 ATX in tranny, 50% Dex-Cool coolant, Castrol LMA brake fluid
Class 1 trailer hitch receiver, 1 7/8" and 2" balls, trailer light wiring harness

Rear Moog Cargo-Coil springs
Performance Friction Carbon-Metallic brake pads
