YE 2008 DSCR was 1.19 with occupancy of 87%. The decline in DSCR is attributed to an increase in operating expenses specifically Payroll and G&A expenses. The increased expenses are attributed to additional staffing and promotions utilized during the 1Q in an effort to increase occupancy. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan.
