750 grams minced pork, chicken or lamb
1 large onion, minced or finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika or cayenne pepper
salt and pepper as required
crepinette or caul, soaked in water, as required
flour as required
Combine the minced meat, onion, paprika and seasoning and form into a sausage-like shape. Roll in crepinette and seal like a sausage. Gently roll in a light coating of flour, then grill on the barbecue like a normal sausage.
