Servings: Makes about 17 pounds of sausage
5 pounds ground pork shoulder
5 pounds ground raw potatoes
4 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt
5 pounds ground round
3 large onions, ground or fine chop
2 tablespoons black pepper
Combine ingredients and mix well. Stuff in casings. Freeze in 1 or 2 pound packages.
