Black Bean Salsa Recipe from: lmccon1187@aol.com (Linda) 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained 2 to 3 large tomatoes or 10 Roma tomatoes, chopped 2 to 3 green onions, chopped 2 to 3 garlic cloves, crushed and minced 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (dried or fresh) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil garlic salt, to taste white pepper, to taste Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
