Black Bean Corn Salsa Recipe from: Mary Filmore 2 cans Hunt's diced tomatoes, drained 2 cans black beans, drained 1 can yellow corn 1 large Bermuda, purple onion diced 1 bunch cilantro chopped, not stems juice of 1 lime 1 shot tequila, optional 1 jalapeno sliced thin dash kosher salt Drain beans, corn, tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and let sit over night. Gets better with time.
