Jim's Fresh Pico de Gallo Recipe from: J Ruddock 2 Large fresh tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped 1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced 2 tbs fresh cilantro leaves, chopped 2 green onions, chopped 3 serrano peppers, chopped 1 habanero pepper, chopped Dash salt Dash Pepper Juice from one fresh lime, lemon can be substituted Mix all ingredients, let rest refrigerated for at least one hour. Especially good on fresh baked flour tortilla chips. Also great on a hamburger to add a little extra flavor.
