Red Onion Salsa Recipe from: mommarell@cs.com Servings: About 2 cups 1 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion (about 2 med) 3/4 cup Finely chopped tomato (about 1 med) 1/4 cup chopped green onions (2-3 med) 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp ground red pepper 4 cloves garlic finely chopped Mix all ingredients in a boul. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
