Tomatillo Pico de Gallo Sauce Recipe from: skonofvulcan@hotmail.com Friend of mine gave me this years ago. Basically the first 4 ingredients are in equal amounts. Very good, I get requests every time we have a church picnic. It is not a 'mild' recipe... so I always make two bowls, one with less of the Jalapeno and one straight. I also put a sign next to each one. ;-) 8 cups chopped "Roma" tomatoes 8 cups chopped onions 8 cups chopped Jalapenos 8 cups chopped tomatillos 1 large bunch of cilantro, chopped 2 lemons diced 2 limes diced Combine all ingredients
