Lugar, United States Senator, Indiana This recipe is one of my family favorites, a light meal of turkey pita pockets with avocado salsa and sour cream sauce. For dessert, I usually serve a Lemon Flip Cake. 1 avocado, diced 1 lime, juiced 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced 1/2 cup green onion, minced 1/2 cup green pepper, minced 1/2 cup fresh cilantro In small bowl, combine avocado and lime juice. Stir in tomatoes, green onion, green pepper, and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
