Sintavo Salsa Recipe from: Penny Hansell Servings: 2 pints World Champion 1996 12 to 14 roma tomatoes, or one 15oz can Hunt's Stewed Tomatoes 2 Bunches green onions 1 Lg white onion 1 Lg bunch cilantro 4 to 5 fresh serrano chilies juice of 1 lime garlic salt, lots 1 Ripe avocado, diced evenly Salt and pepper, to taste Dash of Tobasco Jalapeno Sauce Finely chop first 6 ingredients. You can put this together real easy in one of those mini food processors or just do it the old fashioned way...chop and mix! Add last 4 ingredients, heavy on the garlic salt. Serve with original Premium Salting crackers.
