Black Bean Salsa Recipe from: Travis and Jenn Bartimus Servings: 3 Cups 1 15 ounce can Best Choice Black Beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper 1/3 cup Best Choice red wine vinegar Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently. Cover and chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
