Firehouse Salsa Recipe from: get8 1 bunch cilantro 5 tomatoes, tennis ball size 5 italian plum tomatoes 1 large white onion, softball size 1 large green pepper 1 lime, juiced 1 habanero pepper 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Dice tomatoes, onion and green peppers into 1/4 inch pieces and put in large bowl. Add the finely chopped bunch of cilantro (just the leaves). Add juice of lime. Add as much of finely chopped habanero as you like or other pepper of your choice. Add the rest of the items. Enjoy!
