Spicy Tomato Anchovy Salsa For Fish

<i>This goes well with tuna or swordfish.</i>

2 handfuls ripe tomatoes, dessed, finely chopped
1 handful small capers, soaked, drained
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 handful parsley, finely chopped
salt and black pepper, to taste
balsamic vinegar, to taste
6 to 8 lugs olive oil
dried chilli flakes, to taste
4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1/2 cucumber peeled, deseeded, finely chopped

Mix the ingredients together and season to taste.
