Tastes great against a nicely grilled steak! 1 bunch radishes 1 small onion, diced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 2 limes, juice of salt and pepper Cut the radishes in quarters length-wise and then chop into rough dice. Toss with the other ingredients and adust seasonings. Let sit refrigerated for an hour to blend flavors.
