Cabbage Salsa Recipe from: Ellen Servings: 8 1 small head cabbage, finely shredded 1 orange, juiced 1 lime, juiced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon tequila 1 ripe plum tomato, finely diced 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno, finely diced 1 tablespoon olive oil Put shredded cabbage in glass bowl. Mix orange juice, lime juice, salt, sugar and tequila and pour over cabbage, tossing to combine. Stir in tomato and jalapeno and mix lightly. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
