Servings: 1 quart 6 tomatoes 1 small red onion, Diced fine 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced 1 carolina reaper pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced very fine 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste) Core the tomatoes and remove most of the seeds; Place into food processor. Mix remaining ingredients into food processor. Blend to desired consistency. Let the salsa stand for an hour or so before serving.
