Bob Seigel called me today to go over a list of changes he proposes to
make to Mitchell Banks' contract. None of them seem like major issues.
I mentioned to Bob that I find Mitchell difficult to deal with on legal
issues, and he offered to deal with Mitchell directly, which I appreciated.
