NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT courtesy Amalyah Keshet, The Israel Museum
I, ___________________________, the sole owner of copyright in the works of art created by me which are accessioned into the collection of the <_____> Museum, hereby authorize the <______> Museum to photograph and reproduce this work of art for all standard museum purposes, including, but not limited to, registration, documentation and record-keeping, publication in exhibition catalogues, books, brochures, or the like, exhibition publicity in all media including print, television, and the Museum's World Wide Web site, and any other purposes deemed necessary by the Museum in connection with an exhibition or general Museum publicity. If the works of art are lent to another museum for exhibition purposes, the same will apply in relation to that exhibition.
I further authorize the <_____> Museum to permit others
to photograph the work as exhibited in the Museum, for non-commercial
purposes such as lecture slides.
(optional) I further authorize the <_____> Museum to license
to third parties photographs, produced by the Museum, of the work.
I warrant that I am the legal owner of copyright in this work.
