Tropical Salsa 3 lg grapefruit 2 md oranges 1 md mango, diced 1 sm red onion, peeled and diced 1 sm red pepper, julienned 1 yellow pepper, julienned 1 lg chile pepper, julienned 2 tb chopped cilantro 1/4 ts salt 1 t olive oil Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil. Toss carefully. Serving Suggestions: Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
