Panix Business Express:
Basic sDSL Packages - Priced by Bandwidth

Speeds are not guaranteed. Prices listed do not include applicable fees and surcharges.

These prices do not include hardware. Panix can buy and configure a router for you at an attractive price, or you can choose our "Plus Package" which includes the sDSL connection plus hardware. See the Panix DSL Hardware page for item details and payment options.

The Panix Business Express DSL Base Package includes:

• Full-time (24 hours x 7 days a week) unlimited multi-user access to the Internet over sDSL.
• Firewall, NAT, and Routing. Any number of machines can be connected to the Internet over a single IP address, behind a security-enhancing NAT firewall configured on your router.
  At our discretion in the rare event that NAT will not meet your company's needs, Panix will allocate a range of up to 16 IP addresses for your network at no cost. Of those 16, one is used by your router, and first and last addresses in any IP range are always special addresses not usable by machines, so you can use up to 13. Additional IP addresses are also available.
• Domain Name Service. Panix will provide primary DNS or secondary DNS (domain name service) for up to 8 domain names at no extra charge. Name service for additional domains is available; see Business Express Add-Ons.
• Mailboxes. Panix will provide up to 10 mailboxes, free with your Business Express service. Additional mailboxes are available; see Business Express Add-Ons.
• Aliases. Panix will provide unlimited aliases (forwarding email addresses) in domains for which we provide primary DNS.
• Newsgroups. Panix will supply an optional newsfeed for USENET newsgroups of your choice, at no extra charge. (This requires a working NNTP server on your end.)
• No line charges! Your Business Express price includes the cost of the copper wire it runs on, so you pay nothing more to Verizon.
• No extra installation charges! Installation is included in the setup fee, so there are no hidden charges for installing the line. (Providers may assess service charges in cases where a technician is dispatched to the site, or penalty charges for missed appointments. Panix passes such charges along to the customer.)

Prices listed are for the complete package, regardless of whether you opt to use all features included. Services and resources cannot be shared among accounts unless otherwise stated.

If you need IP addresses beyond the 16 free ones that come with your Business Express service, Panix can provide them:

Panix Business Express DSL is available in these bandwidths:
	192 Kbps:	$129 per month
	384 Kbps:	$179 per month
	768 Kbps:	$249 per month
	1.1 Mbps:	$315 per month
	1.5 Mbps (same as a T1!):	$359 per month
Installation and setup:		$250
ISP Switch Fee:		$110 If you are moving an existing Covad sDSL line from another ISP, this is charged in lieu of the Installation and Setup Fee. Please indicate on the "Additional Information" field on the order form that this is a move order.
One Year Contract Required

Upgrade to 32 IP addresses:	$25 per month
Upgrade to 64 IP addresses:	$50 per month
Upgrade to 128 IP addresses:	$75 per month
Upgrade to 256 IP addresses:	$100 per month

Please note that most customers should not need additional IPs, even though they may have many more than 16 machines on their network. NAT configuration (free with every Panix-provided router) eliminates the need for many IP addresses.

If you need more than 10 mailboxes, we can provide them.

Mailboxes:	$5/month ($50/year prepaid) per mailbox
Block of Mailboxes:	$20/month ($200/year prepaid) for 10 mailboxes
