In our mission to expand the audience for Asian American literature, the AAWW conducts two reading series:

1. The first series features weekly readings by known and emerging writers in the AAWW performance space in New York City, including a regular Open Mic night for first-time readers.

2. The second series, The Poetry Caravan, is a semiannual tour that brings writers onto campuses and other community centers around the country.

In the past year, we featured over seventy public programs in New York City and an additional thirty programs throughout the country (California, Texas, Washington, New England, etc.).

Please view our calendar of upcoming events for a listing of the latest readings and reading series.
