Healthy nails are beautiful nails!
We all want our nails to be healthy and strong, to grow without breaking or
splitting, and to look great no matter how we show them off. But some of us
are not so lucky, our nails are soft or brittle or they just don't seem to
grow. If you have problems like that, the first thing is to make sure you
have a
healthy diet, with the
recommended
amounts of
protein,
calcium,
folic acid,
iron,
vitamins
(especially A, B Complex, E, and C),
Omega 3,
phytonutrients,
and
zinc.
Next, make sure you
moisturize your nails just as you moisturize your
skin (for example, after washing your hands). And finally, protect and care for your nails and
don't abuse them.
But even if we do everything right, some of
