Is Whats-His-Name Dead?

Have you ever been sitting there, watching an old movie on t.v., and you said to yourself

Hey, that guy, that actor there? Is he dead yet?
Well, I recently said just that, about Jonathan Winters (who's dead, by the way), and I realized that we really need a way to tell if someone's dead yet. Here's a list of people, some living and some, ah, not. Rich Holmes has a strikingly similar page, the Dead People Server which is much more comprehensive. However, his page pre-dates mine, so by actuarial tables, his may pre-decease mine. :)
