Loan was placed on the watchlist due to servicer receiving notification that a franchise default has occurred for non compliance relating to guest rooms, hotel exterior, and ballroom. Borrower stated that the majority of the items listed in the default letter have been addressed with the exception of modification of the roof line. Per Bwr, a city hearing in scheduled in Sept 09, and once they receive approval, and finish the work, they will 100% compliant with Best Western requirements. Per Bwr, the letter of compliance will not be sent out until city approval is reached. Per Bwr, theh property just had a QA inspection and property received a score of 957 out of 1000.
