The YE 2008 NCF DSCR is 1.77 with an occupancy of 100%. Loan has been placed on the watchlist due to the Borrower stating to primary servicer that Office Depot has closed the store at the subject property. Office Depot is the single tenant at the subject property with a lease expiration of 10/31/2013. Borrower further indicated that Office Depot is responsible for rents as in accordance with the lease through the lease expiration of 10/31/2013. As of Aug 2009, Office Depot has continued to pay rent in accordance with the lease. Bwr further indicated that in the event of that Office Depot would default on the rent payments, the Borrower would still be able to support the debt. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan.
