The property was last inspected on 7/25/08 with a Good rating. The 1Q09 NCF DSCR is 0.70 with occupancy of 100% as of 6/30/09. The YE 2008 NCF DSCR was 0.68. The YE 2007 NCF DSCR was 1.34 with occupancy of 100%. Since YE 2007 the EGI has declined by 33% but the property was underwritten with EGI less than reported for 2008. Although expenses have declined since YE 2007 they are 68% higher than were underwritten. It appears that the revenue has declined since YE 07 and the borrower has been contacted regarding the revenue reduction, awaiting an answer.
