The YE 2008 NCF DSCR was 0.94x. The 3Q2008 NCF DSCR was 0.96x. The occupancy was 94.12% per the Primary servicer as of 9/30/08. The decline in DSCR is due to a decline in revenue. The Primary Servicer was contacted regarding the drop in revenue even though the occupancy has increased since 12/31/07 when it was 88.18% and per the borrower the drop in revenue is due to increased concessions offered in order to draw and retain tenants . Per the Primary Servicer on 5/4/09 the borrower continues to be contacted on the property performance and other issues. Borrower has not responded to phone calls or emails at this time. Bank of America will continue to monitor this loan.

The Borrower acquired the property in Feb 2006 when Occ was approx 60%.
