YE 2008 NCF DSCR is 0.88 with occupancy of 44%. YE 2007 DSCR was 1.18 with occupancy of 54%. The decline in DSCR is attributed to a decline in revenues. The borrower attributed the decreased revenues to the current economic climate. The borrower stated that 2009 will likely be a challenge, but they are taking steps to cut costs and focus on sales. 1Q 2009 and T12 month financials have been requested from the borrower. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan.
