The property was inspected 8/10/2008 and rated in good condition. 2Q 6/30/2009 NCF DSCR is 1.30 with occupancy of 92%. Rollover pertains to the largest tenant at the property whose lease expires within the next six months. CPT Consolidated Distribution, Inc. (“CPT”) occupies 67,250 sf (32.84% NRA) with a lease expiration of 12/31/2009. Bank of America contacted the borrower who reported they are currently in lease renewal negotiations with CPT, but no terms have been finalized. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan.
