The Property consists of a two-building, 44,737 sf in-line retail complex which is 83% occupied. Improvements are located along Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, FL. The buildings were constructed in 1989 and 1991, respectively. Borrower has been unresponsive since June 2008. Special Servicer has filed foreclosure complaint and receiver was appointed on 9/25/08. Appraisal, PCR, and Phase I have been received. Special Servicer is pursuing a repurchase claim against the loan depositor. Unsolicited purchase offer has been received and is being evaluated.
