The Sponsor (DBSI, Inc.) and Master Tenant for the property declared bankruptcy in November 2008. The loan is next due for the August 2009 payment. A BOV has been received. A proposal from therecting Certificateholder on or about July 2, 2009. TIC investors was provided outlining a plan to replace DBSI as the Master Lessee. The reinstatement case was approved by the Directing Certificateholder on or about July 2, 2009.
