| 4D - A combination of top 3 tenants with leases expiring within the next 6 months. The loan is secured by a 28,300 sf industrial property in Little Rock, AR built in 2001. The property was inspected on 07/08/08; rated in Good condition. The YTD July 2009 NCF DSCR is 1.27 with an occupancy of 100%. Loan was placed on the watchlist due to the lease rollover of Competitive Edge Sports Academy (Competitive Edge), who occupies 12,600 sf or 44.52% NRA with a lease that expires on 11/30/2009; and Hospice Equipment, who occupies 4,740 sf or 16.75% NRA with a lease that expires on 11/20/2009. Borrower indicated to primary servicer that Competitive Edge vacated 03/31/2009. Borrower has secured a new tenant for the former Competitive Edge space. Junior Deputy Baseball took occupancy on 05/01/09 with their lease expiring on 04/30/2011 at a rental rate of $2.62 PSF. Borrower indicated that they have not began lease renewal negotations with Hospice Equipment. Bwr noted that the tenant had indicated that they may be looking at different spaces at with reduced rents. The Aug 2009 rent roll shows that Junior Deputy Baseball has taken occupancy. Loan will be removed from the watchlist with October 2009 reporting.
