The subject property is student housing for Bowling Green State University (\''BGSU''), built in 1963 and renovated in 2007. The property was inspected on 12/10/08; rated in Good condition. Q1-2009 NCF DSCR is 1.58 with an occupancy of 93.40%. The loan has been placed on the watchlist for the delinquency of the 08/01/09 & 09/01/09 payments. Servicer received funds for the 08/01/09 payment but the payment was short $7703.00, the amount of the monthly Seasonality Reserve constant. Borrower stated that the monthly constant is not due until December; however, pursuant to the loan documents, monthly seasonality amounts shall be deposited for the months of August through April. Borrower indicated that the delinquent amount due for 08/01/09 payment will be wired to servicer by 09/04/09. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan. | |||||||
