10/06/09: YTD 06 financials shows DSCR at .98X and occupancy at 90%.NCF DSCR of .98X is down slightly from underwriting as per the Borrower, a couple tenants were in default under their leases (Allstate tenant and Virginia Lady). However, they have since been able to obtain a couple replacement tenants (Denarius Holding Company and Evelyns Designs) and the Property Manager felt that interest has remained in the property as evidenced by the signing of the aforementioned leases. Occupancy is currently 91% and has been in the low to mid 90s for the past year or so versus 96% at origination.
