The loan has been placed on the watchlist due to the July 2009 annoucement that Basha\''s Supermarket (Basha''s) has filed Ch. 11. Basha''s occupies 100% NRA at Peppewood plaza with a lease expiring on 02/29/2024. The subject property was not on the Basha''s store closing list. Bwr also confirmed on 07/09/09 that to date, they have not received any notification from Basha''s that the store at the subject property will be closing.
