The properties, built in various years, total 5,089 rooms. The properties were inspected in 10/2008 and rated in good condition. Consolidated 5/31/08 NCF DSCR is 2.37 with combined 9/30/08 occupancy of 82%. Consolidated YE 2007 NCF DSCR is 2.53 with combined occupancy of 88%. YE 2006 DSCR is 2.37 with occupancy of 89%. One of the subject properties located in Pasadena, TX, sustained moderate damage due to Hurricane Ike. An initial report from the borrower indicated approximately $1MM in damages. Additionally, there are eight other properties in the subject portfolio (also located in TX) that sustained minor damages. Overall, the borrower is anticipating approximately $1.9MM in damages to cover all nine properties that were affected. The borrower anticipates significant business interruption at the Pasadena property, but stated that business at the other affected properties had actually picked up business as there was no place else to go. Repairs are already underway. Bank of America will request additional information from the sub and will continue to monitor the loan.
