Use of SPLASH Software for Yacht Design is at an All-Time High

South Bay Simulations, Inc., is pleased to release the following information regarding the expansion of its software licensing and consulting services.

A growing number of designers and America's Cup syndicates have licensed SPLASH software and are using it in their respective yacht design programs.

• Reichel/Pugh Yacht Design
• Botin and Carkeek Yacht Design
• Copa America Desafio Espanol (2003 AC, defunct)
• Swiss America's Cup AC (2003 AC)
• One World Challenge L.L.C., and Dr. Warren H. Davis, Jr. (2003 AC)
• Team Dennis Conner, and Joe Laiosa/Fluid Motion Analysis, Inc. (2003 AC)
• Farr Yacht Design is a current license holder of South Bay Simulations' SPLASH software and is employing its capabilities in the development of a wide array of designs including IMS yachts and VOLVO 60's.
• ORACLE RACING is a current license holder of South Bay Simulations' SPLASH software and is employing its capabilities in their yacht design program for the 2003 America's Cup.
• Mascalzone Latino (2003 AC)

SPLASH is a free-surface-flow panel code software package providing hydrodynamic flow field and integrated performance predictions, such as for use in grand prix yacht design programs.
