This page contains resources relating to Bookshare. At the moment they're still in beta but are somewhat useful.

Information about any new books is collected at 22:00 EST each day, and added to a database for current and future use.

An RSS file is generated when new books are found. The URL to the file is http://www.panix.com/~ccn/bks/bks_newbooks.rss. This file can be used in conjunction with an RSS aggregator such as Sharp Reader to inform you of new books almost immediately. This Live Journal page monitors the RSS feed and will show updates.

This page will allow you to search for books added during a certain range of days, and will display information about any matching books.
