4 tablespoons butter
1 baguette, sliced (5 per person) or 1 multi-grain cracker (5 per person)
3 ounces figs, preserve
3 ounces blue cheese, spread
3 ounces tomatoes, bruschetta
If using baguettes, melt butter in skillet. Slice baguette into 1 inch slices. Add to butter and brown until toasted and golden. Remove and set aside.
Spread a small amount of fig on cracker or baguette slice. Follow with a spread of blue cheese. Add a small amount of bruschetta on top.
Throw in your mouth and enjoy.
