1 ½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup ketchup
1 small bottle Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
½ cup vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
red pepper flakes
Carmel butter and sugar until bubbly. Add vinegar and whisk until lumps are gone. Add all other ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened. More garlic and red pepper flakes may be added to taste.
