¾ cup vinegar (type is up to personal preference)
¾ 6 ounce can tomato paste
1 Tablespoon onion and garlic powder
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
Cajun Seasoning (McCormick)
Mix vinegar and paste in a saucepan at medium heat until paste is smooth. Add brown sugar. Stir until melted into sauce. Add remaining ingredients and lower heat to a simmer. Stir and simmer until sauce thickens to desired consistency.
