2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons brown mustard
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
⅔ cup ketchup
⅓ cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar, tightly packed
¼ cup water
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and then brush or dip the meat in the sauce.
