Servings: 4
⅓ cup vinegar
¼ cup salad oil
2 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
4 cups shredded red and/or greeen cabbage
1 carrot, grated
¼ cup chopped green pepper
In bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, onion flakes, salt, dry mustard, celery salt, Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Add cabbage, carrot and pepper. Toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate. Toss again before serving.
