Spinach Turkey Burger

Servings: 4

1 ¼ pound lean ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 cup spinach, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ red bell pepper, chopped fine
pinch salt
pinch pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preheat Grill.

In large bowl mix all ingredients. Best to use your hands so as not to over work the meat. Depending on the size you want your burgers, shape meat into 4 to 6 patties. Turn grill to medium heat. Use grill spray or wipe grill with olive oil. Place burgers on grill. Grill 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Turn only once. Juices should run clear.
