Lime Burgers

Servings: 4 to 6 burgers

Just a quick burger recipe, with a little citrus twist.

extra virgin olive oil
1 pound ground beef
2 limes
¼ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Mix ground beef, shredded cheese, and juice of 2 limes in a large bowl. Form about 4 to 6 patties, not too thick. Push down on the center to speed up cooking. Cook either on the grill or in a pan. For pan, add extra virgin olive oil and cook until done. Top with ketchup, onions, lettuce, or other toppings. Freeze leftover burgers and that's it.
