6 strips bacon
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 fresh green chili pepper, seeded, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
4 hamburger buns
Cook strips of bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel. Crumble bacon and mix with ground beef, onion, green chili peppers, garlic, cumin and cinnamon. Divide into patties and grill to an internal temperature of 160°F—well done. Serve with sliced avocado and sliced tomato over hamburger buns.
