The A1 Burger

Recipe from: A1 Steak Sauce Recipes
Servings: 4

⅓ cup A1™ Original™ or Zesty Steak Sauce™
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, ½ diced and ½ sliced
1 green pepper, finely diced
1 egg
4 hamburger buns, split
5 tomato slices
4 lettuce leaves

Prepare barbecue or grill, medium-high heat.

Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl except sliced onions. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions and flatten each to ½ inch thick patty. Season with salt and pepper. Grill hamburgers until done, brushing with A1 Steak Sauce.

Place cooked hamburger on grilled bun, top each with a tomato slice, lettuce and onion and bun top. Serve with extra A1 Steak Sauce.
