2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons flour
butter for frying
2 large onions, thinly sliced in rings
Combine burger ingredients and shape into patties. Fry in melted butter until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Fry onions in pan drippings until golden.
