Greek Burger

Recipe from: Certified Angus Beef
Servings: 6

3 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® ground chuck
salt and pepper to taste
6 each Kaiser rolls
½ stick melted butter
6 slices red onion
6 slices tomato
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup prepared olive tapenade

Season ground chuck with salt and pepper and portion into 8-ounce patties. Grill to desired doneness. Brush rolls with butter, and toast on grill.

To assemble, place an onion and tomato slice on each bun. Add a burger and top with cheese and olive tapenade.
